How do I redeem my gift voucher?
If you've been sent a gift voucher, someone really cares about you
To redeem your gift voucher, go to ‘Tickets’ in the website menu if you are visiting our website on a PC, or to “Booking” on the side of the screen if you are visiting us on a smartphone (you will also find the ‘Tickets’ button at the bottom of your smartphone screen).
From here, all you need to do is fill in the required details and, when you come to make the payment, a new option will appear allowing you to enter your voucher code: ‘Apply gift card or discount code’. Simply enter it and click ‘Apply’.
Yes, the bonus can be applied to any type of ticket:

Gift vouchers are open-ended. The recipient can choose and book their preferred date directly via our website, subject to availability. Each voucher includes a unique code that must be entered when making the booking.
After your purchase, you will receive the gift voucher by email, containing its unique code and, if you wish, the message you provided during the booking process. The recipient can use this code to book their preferred date via our website, subject to availability.
